About The Role The Analytics team at Betterment is deeply integrated across the organization, forming strong strategic partnerships with nearly every function, including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Sales. The team's primary function is to transform data into actionable insights that directly drive our company's strategy and execution priorities. They coordinate closely with stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring that business priorities are based on informed decisions and influencing critical choices with their unique, data-driven perspective. The Director of Analytics is tasked with aligning the Analytics team's efforts with the company's highest-level goals. This involves:This role requires both: a strong technical background to accurately assess the scope and effort of various initiatives, as well as exceptional communication and executive presence to effectively partner with peers and influence C-suite decisions.
This role is based out of our NYC office. For jobs based out of our NYC HQ, we require in office attendance Monday through Thursday, weekly. Below we've reflected the base salary range we would offer for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In the interview process, we’ll look to learn more about your skills, experiences, capabilities, and motivators.
