Job Description

Company

Satoshi Energy is at the forefront of energy innovation, championing the colocation of bitcoin, AI, and HPC data centers with renewable energy generation. As a first mover in 2018, we have nearly 1 GW of data centers operating, with an additional 4 GWs of data center projects under development. We are actively expanding our footprint as our customers push us to grow!

The Role

Our team brings deep expertise across electric power markets, project development, and software development, positioning us as trusted experts in this rapidly evolving market. We’re looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our Strategic Sales Team. This is a great opportunity for someone hungry to grow in a fast-changing market while building deep expertise across energy, infrastructure, and data centers development.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Lead Generation and Outreach: You will research and identify prospective clients (e.g. data center developers, energy asset owners, and infrastructure partners) and execute thoughtful, targeted outreach to build our sales pipeline. You will manage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and support early-stage deal development. Through a mix of campaign strategies across different channels, you will help drive top-of-funnel growth and connect our Strategic Sales Team with the right decision-makers at the right time.

  • Sales and Deal Support: You will work closely with our Strategic Sales Team to manage our sales pipeline, track deal progress, and ensure strategic follow-through on opportunities. You will assist in preparing client-facing materials, such as proposals, presentations, and case studies, and help coordinate key sales meetings. By maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking pipeline metrics, you will support data-driven decision-making and help drive deals forward efficiently.

  • Marketing and Content Support : You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create high-quality collateral that supports outreach and brand awareness. From drafting blog posts and newsletters to refining pitch decks and one-pagers, you’ll help communicate our value to customers and partners. You may also identify relevant industry events, coordinate our presence, and support the submission of speaking proposals to elevate our voice in the market. Your work will ensure our messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent across all channels.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: You will support coordination between the Strategic Sales team, leadership, project development, and the broader organization. You’ll help keep sales efforts aligned with project timelines and client priorities by tracking updates, organizing information, and sharing key wins. Your work will help drive visibility, alignment, and momentum across teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or deal coordination, preferably in energy, infrastructure, or data centers.
  • Strong understanding of energy markets, project development, or infrastructure sales.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently while supporting a larger team.
  • Experience using CRM tools to track deals, contacts, and pipeline performance.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Box, Slack, Airtable, etc.)

Preferred skills

  • Understanding of wholesale and retail energy markets.

  • Familiarity with Renewable energy development, energy contracts, PPA negotiations, or data center procurement.

  • Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Excitement about Bitcoin and AI

Benefits

  • Bonus plan, 401k, and equity participation.
  • Medical, Dental and Vision.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Company gatherings in fun places - the best of being fully remote while still coming together regularly!
  • Benefits vary for international applicants.

Company Culture

  • We are free thinkers, we believe in meritocracy, we challenge assumptions meticulously, and we don’t get overly emotional if we’re wrong.
  • We believe in providing freedom and responsibility to foster a growth culture based on trust, transparency, and teamwork.
  • We encourage each other to seek discipline and focus in all parts of life, so that we can always perform at our best on the job.
  • We are a distributed team on a mission to build decentralized global power markets.
