Now Hiring: Traveling Low Voltage Technician

Are you a skilled low voltage pro who thrives on the road, new job sites, and tackling diverse installations? We’re seeking experienced Traveling Low Voltage Technicians to join our dynamic team installing and servicing critical low voltage systems across the country!
What You’ll Do:
• Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot low voltage cabling and systems (CAT5e/6, fiber, coax, access control, CCTV/security cameras, fire alarms, AV, structured cabling, and more)
• Pull cable, run conduit (where required), mount equipment, and perform terminations in commercial, retail, industrial, and multi-site environments
• Read blueprints, schematics, and site plans to ensure accurate, code-compliant work
• Perform field testing, labeling, and basic commissioning of systems
• Travel to project sites (typically 80-100% travel, with periodic home time depending on project schedule)
• Work independently or lead small crews while maintaining high safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in low voltage installation/structured cabling (travel experience a big plus!)
• Strong knowledge of tools: cable testers, punch-down tools, tone/probe sets, crimpers, power tools, etc.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (company vehicle or rental provided on jobs)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights (ladders/manlifts), and in various conditions
• OSHA 10 (or willingness to obtain), BICSI/Leviton/Panduit certifications, or low voltage license a plus
• Great attitude: dependable, problem-solver, team player who can adapt to changing project demands
• Willingness to share lodging with crew when required (hotel/per diem provided)
