What You’ll Be Doing A little tint… a little glass… a little light mechanic work… and a whole lot of pride in your craft. * Tinting new and used vehicles with precision and dealership-level quality * Replacing or repairing windshields and auto glass * Helping inspect used vehicles and spotting cosmetic or mechanical issues * Performing light mechanical work (oil changes, bulbs, wipers, etc.) * Supporting our used-car reconditioning process * Keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready for the next luxury ride * Working with a team that communicates, respects your time, and values quality What We’re Looking For * Someone with real tinting experience is a bonus (dealership or high-volume shop is a plus) * Experience with glass repair/replacement * Basic mechanical knowledge (we’re not asking you to rebuild an engine — just the simple stuff) * A sharp eye, steady hands, and pride in doing clean, professional work * Someone who works well independently and owns their craft * A valid driver’s license and solid work ethic What You’ll Love About Working Here * A clean, climate-controlled shop (yes… AC.
