holiday markets bring together local artisans, global cuisines, and a festive atmosphere that
attracts millions of visitors each year.

About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Loyalty Program Brand Ambassador to join our
team for the holiday season! This role is all about engaging with guests at our holiday markets,
sharing information about our exciting loyalty program, and encouraging visitors to sign up.
You’ll be the face of our program—chatting with shoppers, explaining perks, and getting people
excited about joining and participating in sweepstakes. While this isn’t a traditional sales role
(there’s nothing to sell!), you’ll use your people skills, energy, and enthusiasm to drive sign-ups
and deliver a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with visitors at the Union Squar Holiday Market in a friendly, approachable way
● Promote and explain Urbanspace’s loyalty program, perks, and sweepstakes
● Encourage guests to sign up on the spot using tablets or mobile devices
● Represent the Urbanspace brand with professionalism and warmth
● Track daily sign-ups and provide feedback to the marketing team
● Help create a positive, festive, and welcoming market environment

Qualifications:
● Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Enthusiastic about the holiday season and community events
● Reliable and punctual

● Previous customer service, sales, or promotional experience is a plus
● Must be available to work between November 10 and December 24, including
weekends and some evenings
