Job Description

Who we’re looking for: A self-motivating individual with strong leadership skills and a positive attitude. The Eugene gym assistant manager position would be responsible for supporting The Circuit’s operations and staff. Most days and times are M-F, however there would be a rotating weekend shift and some evening shifts.
Responsibilities
Help manage the day to day operations such as and not limited to;
Scheduling and HR
Supporting & working front desk and program operations (instruction, events, and setting)
Facility oversight
Hiring/terminations/training
Customer service

You Have
Prior management experience and/or business degree.
A passion for bouldering.
Knowledge and experience in the rock climbing, fitness, and/or entertainment industries – a plus but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred 2+ years experience in the hospitality or retail industry.
Experience with point of sale systems – a plus but not required.
Interest in learning or developing bouldering skills, experiencing what The Circuit offers, and a passion for sharing The Circuit’s experiences with others.
A strong work ethic. Not afraid of achieving tough, demanding goals, and have a desire to continue “raising the bar”.
