Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior User Experience Designer to lead strategic design efforts for digital products within the financial services sector. This role involves guiding less experienced designers, enhancing design systems for scalability, and championing accessibility standards. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, technical expertise, and a passion for creating user-centered solutions. Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership in shaping user experiences across digital platforms. - Conduct targeted UX research to analyze user behaviors and needs. - Develop and maintain scalable design systems using tools like Figma. - Create detailed prototypes and interactive mockups for user testing and product development. - Partner closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation. - Lead usability testing sessions and refine designs based on collected feedback. - Guide less experienced designers, fostering growth and collaboration. - Establish and enforce accessibility standards within design processes. - Contribute to the governance and evolution of enterprise design systems. Requirements - 5-10 years of experience in UX design, preferably within financial services or complex digital ecosystems. - Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and component-based design systems. - Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and practices. - Proven ability to translate UX research findings into actionable design solutions. - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. - Formal UX education or certifications are a plus. - Experience managing or simplifying large-scale enterprise design systems. - Background in designing member- or customer-facing digital products.
