Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Sr. AV Technician to join a high-end fashion company. The AV Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless virtual and in-person meetings, maintaining the functionality of audiovisual technology, and proactively monitoring and troubleshooting issues in meeting spaces and large-scale auditorium events. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting , diagnosing and resolving AV and technology issues in conference rooms and large-scale auditorium spaces. Respond swiftly to problems during leadership meetings, ensuring minimal disruption. Fix audio, video, and hardware issues, such as microphone failures, video routing problems, and malfunctioning automated monitors. Monitor and maintain room technology, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution. Oversee and manage meeting calendars, ensuring all scheduled events are accurate and properly set up. Spin up online conference rooms and ensure smooth webinar scheduling and execution. Manage our largest auditorium space, and ensure all events run flawlessly.
