KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft, track, and manage property-related contracts and title documentation
• Coordinate communication and follow-up with developers, title agents, and legal contacts
• Assist in property inspections, appraisals, and acquiring easements
• Monitor contract terms and ensure compliance with legal and procedural standards
• Maintain accurate project files, documentation, and tracking reports
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience in real estate transactions, contracts, or title review
• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High typing accuracy and speed
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and multitasking skills
