Starting Hourly: $16.50+/hr ​​​​​​ based on experience/type of service

About the Role:

We’re looking for a vocal, driven, and organized Sports Performance Coach to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about movement training and athlete development, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll work across two locations and play a key role in building your own client base, managing group classes, and handling essential administrative tasks.

This position also offers opportunities to conduct private and semi-private training sessions, allowing you to grow your impact and income while delivering personalized coaching experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading high-energy sports performance training sessions for groups of up to 10 clients.
• Deliver private and semi-private training sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Build and maintain a personal client list through outreach, networking, and cold calling.
• Handle scheduling, client communications, and class coordination across both locations.
• Manage administrative duties including tracking attendance, processing payments, and maintaining client records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, professional, and supportive training environment.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling and adapt to the needs of both locations.

Requirements:

• ​​​​​​​Proven experience in sports performance and movement training.
• Ability to work between Laguna Hills and Costa Mesa.
• Strong communication skills; vocal and confident in leading groups.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage scheduling, administrative, and payment responsibilities.
• Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach.
• Team player with a positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with client management tools, scheduling platforms, and payment systems.
• Certification in strength & conditioning, speed and agility, personal training, or related field.
• Experience working with athletes or in performance-focused environments.

Education:

•  Associates or Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology
