ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking a full-time LBS1-certified Special Education Teacher to support an elementary autism program in the Chicago/South Suburban area. This role requires a full K/Pre-K–Age 22 PEL , and offers a stable schedule, strong team support, and consistent caseload.
Full-time only
Elementary autism classroom
$50–$60/hr (W2 with benefits or 1099 option)
Caseload and responsibilities may shift based on student needs
Must hold a K/Pre-K–Age 22 LBS1 license
LBS1 teacher with experience in autism or cross-categorical settings
Strong behavior management, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to support students with diverse learning and sensory needs
Comfort working within a structured classroom environment
