WebsterBerry Marketing is seeking a creative, proactive, and highly organized **Social Media Content Creator** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging visual content, and ensuring consistent brand voice across multiple channels.
This role also involves light video editing, persuasive writing for captions, and creating copy that converts across social channels.
This is a full-time remote position ideal for someone who is highly creative, skilled in graphic design, a strong communicator, a natural problem solver, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
We are looking for someone who is **already experienced** in managing social media accounts and content creation, not someone who is learning on the job.
## **Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter) for WebsterBerry Marketing and our clients.
* Create and schedule high-quality, visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and other multimedia content.
* Design graphics for social media using Canva, ensuring brand consistency across all visuals.
* Develop and maintain a social media calendar, plan campaigns, and coordinate promotions to meet marketing goals.
* Monitor social media trends, insights, and best practices to inform content strategy and boost engagement.
* Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community-building initiatives.
* Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, content writers, graphic designers, creative team and project managers to align content with broader campaigns.
* Proactively identify potential issues, troubleshoot challenges, and find creative solutions without needing excessive oversight.
* Stay updated with algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging social media tools.
## **Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of proven experience managing professional social media accounts, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
* Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, or similar tools.
* Demonstrated experience in growing social media audiences and driving measurable results.
* Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, content strategies, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok for Business).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple content schedules and deadlines simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
* A proactive, resourceful, and creative mindset — able to suggest new ideas and innovations.
* Experience working with a remote team environment is a plus.
**Preferred Skills (Bonus):**
* Strong skills in creating engaging Reels, short-form videos, and animated stories for social media platforms.
* Experience designing high-converting static images and creatives specifically for paid ad campaigns.
* Basic video editing skills for social media content (e.g., cutting clips, adding text overlays, transitions).
* Experience collaborating with advertising teams to produce optimized creative assets for campaigns.
* Familiarity with using templates and brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across ads and organic posts.
* Creative copywriting skills to assist in writing catchy captions and ad headlines when needed.
* Knowledge of trends in short-form video content and platform-specific creative best practices (especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
