Salary: $125,825 - 221,275 per year Requirements:

• We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field of study or work experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in a leadership role implementing Salesforce projects, utilizing Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• 7 years of experience in information technology roles, including 1–3 years in architecture roles (enterprise or solution architecture).
• Proven ability to explain complex technical programs clearly.
• Proficiency in modeling system diagrams, functional processes, and system interfaces.
• Experience in the financial sector is preferred, as is experience in a regulated industry.
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform Builder. AWS certifications are advantageous, while TOGAF certification is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven leadership skills, able to guide technical teams and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Proven ability to influence and build consensus on proposed architectural solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in relevant technologies (cloud computing, databases, networking, software development methodologies, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture).
• Excellent critical thinking capabilities, with a strong analytical skill set to draw sensible conclusions from available information.
• Deep understanding of relevant business domains and processes.
• Innovative mindset, able to generate creative solutions utilizing emerging technologies.
• Strong teamwork skills, capable of managing conflicts and resolving issues constructively, while adapting to organizational changes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and effective communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and workloads, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will define technology solutions that meet the needs of various business units by:
• Conducting business domain needs analysis to understand pertinent business functions and challenges, and translating complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Proposing architecture solutions to address business requirements while considering cost, performance, scalability, operational efficiency, and security in line with enterprise technology strategy.
• Developing prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solution feasibility.
• Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, tech vendors, and implementation partners to ensure technology choices and implementations align with bank policies and standards.
• Creating detailed documentation that accurately describes proposed solutions and effectively communicates them to all stakeholders.
• Participating in technology governance processes and presenting proposed solutions to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) for approval.
• Guiding delivery teams during implementation to ensure alignment with approved architecture.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to convey technical ideas and address queries.
• Providing mentorship and coaching to delivery team members and Architecture colleagues on both business domain knowledge and technical subjects.
