What You'll Do:

• Consult with clients over the phone, uncover needs, and enroll them in tax relief programs.
  
• Handle only inbound leads—no cold calling required.
  
• Drive results on a competitive sales floor with real-time coaching.
  
• Partner with Case Management and Enrolled Agents to ensure client success.
  

Who We're Looking For:

• Top closers with proof of performance—quota crushers, Presidents Club, or top-20%.
  
• Confident communicators who connect with clients and build trust fast.
  
• Resilient, coachable pros who bring energy and urgency to every call.
  
• Able to work in Phoenix now, and commute to Chandler starting mid-October (transportation required).
  
• Organized and tech-friendly with CRM and basic Excel/Docs skills.

The Details:
Location: Phoenix, AZ (in-office) until mid-October → Chandler, AZ.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM + one half-day Saturday each month.
Compensation: 15% commissions on closed deals + daily, weekly, monthly bonuses.
Benefits: Health, dental, vision.

Note: This is not a remote role. You must be able to work on-site in Phoenix now and Chandler starting mid-October 2025.
