Summary
The Customer Service Insurance Sales Agent is pivotal in delivering exceptional client service while achieving individual sales targets. This role emphasizes building strong relationships with clients through a comprehensive understanding of insurance products. Candidates should possess a proven sales track record and demonstrate proficiency in managing the sales process, which includes identifying potential clients, creating proposals, and effectively closing sales. Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize daily activities to engage with potential clients, including individuals and businesses.
  • Expand existing client accounts by securing larger policies and coordinating promotional activities.
  • Perform all sales functions, including responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing follow-up schedules.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales effectively to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas.
