A boutique Alpharetta law firm seeks an experienced Residential Real Estate Closer to manage purchase and refinance transactions from contract to close. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare closing packages and settlement statements
Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers
Review title commitments and resolve issues prior to closing
Conduct closings and ensure compliance with legal/firm requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a residential real estate closer required
Proficiency with Qualia preferred; experience with RamQuest, SoftPro, or ResWare accepted
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity , though direct hire will be considered for the right candidate.
