Join our dynamic team as a Remote Destination Planning Specialist and help clients design unforgettable vacation experiences. This role enables you to work from home while learning about top destinations and delivering exceptional client support.
Responsibilities:
Curate and recommend personalized travel packages tailored to clients' interests.
Manage booking logistics for cruises, resorts, and guided experiences.
Provide clear communication and timely responses to client inquiries.
Ensure all travel documents, itineraries, and confirmations are accurately managed.
Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and enhance the client journey.
Deliver exceptional service from initial consultation through post-travel follow-up.
Qualifications:
Passionate about travel and customer satisfaction.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration.
Prior experience in travel planning or customer service is preferred but not required.
