She Recruits is representing an excellent opportunity for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a supportive behavioral health team serving residents in skilled nursing and assisted living communities across Pennsylvania. In this role, you’ll bring compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care directly to patients who need it most. Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
Diagnosing and treating a broad range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health conditions
Developing individualized treatment plans alongside an interdisciplinary care team
Recommending and managing psychotherapeutic interventions and medications
Partnering with facility staff to support behavioral strategies and care planning
Collaborating closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (PMHNP certification required)
Passion for patient-centered care, particularly in long-term care or geriatric populations
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
