Project Coordinator I – Administrative
Location: Flushing, NY 11355
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 27 Weeks
Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00/hour
Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Project Coordinator I – Administrative for an exciting job in Flushing, NY.
Responsibilities
Manage administrative and project-related tasks within the GME department.
Support scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and daily operational needs.
Assist with project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure timely progress.
Prepare reports, meeting materials, presentations, and professional correspondence.
Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with organizational standards.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including educators and clinical teams.
Uphold organizational policies and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, business office operations, or administrative support roles (required)
Knowledge Of
Healthcare design and construction
Scheduling and budgeting processes (required)
Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook (required)
Soft Skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
