Job Title: Project Coordinator – Administrative
Location: Flushing, NY
Duration: 27 Weeks
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
Local Pay: $35/hr
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Project Coordinator – Administrative for an exciting job in Flushing, NY.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities, timelines, and workflows to support departmental initiatives.
Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and documentation for active projects.
Maintain accurate and organized project records, reports, and tracking logs.
Provide administrative support such as meeting coordination, calendar management, and communication drafting.
Serve as a communication liaison between internal teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
Prepare, edit, and distribute project-related correspondence and materials.
Support daily business office functions as required.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or business office operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
Understanding of healthcare design, construction, scheduling, and budgeting processes.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
