As a key member of our pre-owned vehicle preparation team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our used vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety before reaching our customers. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections, repairs, and reconditioning of used vehicles to ensure they meet Moritz Kia’s quality standards.
• Conduct mechanical, cosmetic, and safety repairs including minor bodywork, detailing, and fluid changes.
• Identify and communicate any additional necessary repairs or reconditioning requirements to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround times.
• Keep accurate records of reconditioning work and vehicle condition reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience in vehicle reconditioning or automotive technician role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive repair techniques.
• Ability to perform detailed inspections and quality checks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technology.
