Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Assistant to provide support to our executive team and help maintain an organized and efficient work environment. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks to enable our executives to focus on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the executive's calendar by scheduling appointments and meetings effectively.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt responses and appropriate follow-up actions.
• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
• Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality of documents.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively without extensive direction.
