A newly relocated couple based in Presidio Heights, San Francisco, with college-aged children, is seeking a resourceful, meticulous, and poised Personal Assistant to join their new staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills, along with outstanding time management and administrative abilities. The principals are looking for someone who currently resides in the city of San Francisco, enjoys providing gracious support, and demonstrates a flexible and patient mindset. This is a fast-paced role, so flexibility is paramount. Primary responsibilities will include gift buying, coordinating the couple's calendars and complex schedules coordinating with the Executive Assistant, maintaining and improving existing databases, running errands. If you have a love for fashion and fine clothing, that is a huge plus in this household. The couple travels often and professional experience packing is essential. She has a large wardrobe, and this person will be coordinating with a stylist in LA to create a seamless process of outfit selection and packing. Qualifications: At least five years of hands-on support experience working in private service or as a personal assistant. Great attention to detail; proactive and highly discreet. Superior Technology skills with both PC and Mac. Valid driver's license and familiar with driving in the city Highly organized and focused A strong work ethic and high level of grit The ability to travel with the family as requested Excellent references from past employers Up on all the latest trends in skincare, gifting, and restaurants Schedule: Generally, a Monday through Friday schedule but open to Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-7pm, with flexibility on weekends and some evenings.
