Job Description

Are you an organized and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Remote Personal Assistant to provide top-notch support to our executive team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and helping our leaders stay focused and efficient.

What You'll Do:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Arrange and oversee travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses.
Prepare and organize important documents, reports, and presentations.
Conduct research and compile relevant information as needed.
Manage and reconcile expense reports.
Assist with personal tasks and errands when required.
Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience coordinating travel and booking accommodations.
Familiarity with expense reporting software.
Knowledge of project management tools.
