Position Overview: As a Parts Counter Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our service department and retail customers by providing accurate parts information, fulfilling orders efficiently, and ensuring outstanding customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a dynamic environment. $15-$21/hour depending on experience Flexible Hours Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely restocking.
• Process transactions and manage special orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Collaborate with team members to meet department goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive parts or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
