Parts Counter Sales job at Selking International South Bend, IN, US

Job Description

Selking International is actively searching for a customer-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson at our South Bend, IN Dealership. Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM / Saturday rotation Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

High School diploma or equivalent
Maintain a professional sales image
A mechanical background, experience with truck/auto/engine service or parts knowledge is a plus but not required.
Demonstrate basic understanding of the selling process
Applicant must possess a passion for customer service providing excellence to our Service Department, counter and phone customers
Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet applications
Locating and obtaining Parts for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked
Provide recommendations for sales of additional related or needed parts / accessories
Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders
