Renn Kirby Gettysburg is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Associate to support our dealership’s parts department. This position works closely with service technicians, advisors, and customers to ensure accurate parts selection, timely order fulfillment, and a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist service technicians and advisors by identifying, locating, and distributing automotive parts * Support retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases * Accurately process parts orders, invoices, returns, and credits * Maintain proper inventory levels through stocking, labeling, and organization * Receive and verify incoming parts shipments * Answer phone and email inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department * Follow dealership policies, safety procedures, and manufacturer guidelines Qualifications: * Previous automotive dealership parts experience preferred * Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills; dealership DMS experience preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record What We Offer: * Competitive compensation plus monthly commission * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) with company match * Employee discounts on parts and services, and vehicle purchases * Opportunities for growth within the dealership Renn Kirby Gettysburg is an equal opportunity employer.
