**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting and repairing equipment, fixtures, and minor structural issues.

- Support the maintenance team in managing inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

**Qualifications:**

- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
- Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds as needed.
