**Painter - Contract-to-Hire**
Location: Albertville, MN
Work Schedule:
+ First Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM (Optional OT Friday)
+ Second Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM (Optional OT Friday, +$2/hr differential
**Compensation**
+ Pay Rate: $25.00-$37.00/hr
+ Other Compensation:
+ PTO & Holiday pay

+ $2/hr shift differential for 2nd shift

**Position Overview**
+ Department: Modular Home Manufacturing
+ Role: Painter
+ Experience Level: Intermediate
+ Daily Responsibilities:
+ Paint interior walls and surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
+ Perform prep, masking, touch-ups, and finishing
+ Install kitchen and bath cabinets, doors, and countertops
+ Use hand and power tools
+ Work in a controlled, on-site production environment (no travel)
**Candidate Profile**
**Must-Have:**
+ 5+ years of painting experience (residential or commercial new builds)
+ Proficiency with paint prep, brushes, rollers, sprayers, and finishing
+ Experience as a Lead or Foreman
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
**Nice-to-Have:**
+ Familiarity with modular construction
+ Understanding of building codes and electrical installation basics

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
