Responsibilities: • Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. • Uncover the priorities of the buyers and then locate homes that match their needs and wants, and show them the homes. • Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant-leader approach. • Set yourself apart from all others by the exceptional experience your sellers and buyers have working with you. • Ask for referrals when the clients are the happiest with your service. Qualifications: • Strong work ethic, driven to succeed. • Provide exceptional customer experiences through service. • Texas real estate license or willing to get one.
