Johnstone Supply is seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our Outside Sales team. This role offers unlimited earning potential, exciting challenges, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the HVAC industry.
Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
Generate and qualify leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to deliver effective solutions
Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
Present Johnstone products, services, and value-added solutions to prospective clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM
Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings
Travel regularly to meet customers and conduct sales presentations
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes

2+ years of sales experience
Knowledge of HVAC or building supplies strongly preferred

Proficiency with computers and various software systems
Direct B2B sales experience in HVAC/R or a similar industry is a plus
