Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and processing customer orders promptly. Your attention to detail and efficiency will enhance customer satisfaction and ensure smooth order fulfillment operations.

Team Player and Communication:

• Be a team player and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Stay organized, ask questions, and collaborate with the team.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse safety practices.
• Maintain proper clock-in and clock-out protocol as per company guidelines.

Policy Adherence:

• Follow The Bio Dude Inc. employee handbook policies, standards, and ethics.

Order Handling:

• Utilize packing slips to pick products from the warehouse accurately.
• Double-check orders for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Safely pack items following established guidelines and select appropriate packaging materials.

Order Processing:

• Review orders for completeness, accuracy, and special instructions before processing.
• Collaborate with customer care to resolve any order-related issues.

Quality Control and Inventory Management:

• Report damaged, expired, or low-stock items to the Inventory Specialist.

Shipping and Documentation:

• Prepare packages for shipping with accurate weighing and measurement.
• Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and adhere to safety protocols.
