The Office Manager’s main objective is to ensure that CFI’s administrative systems and office processes are efficient and effective, supporting the organization's overall productivity. This role oversees all administrative functions, such as managing reservations, registrations, contract administration, launch and campsite permitting, permit use reporting, tuition assistance applications, and timesheets. The Office Manager collaborates closely with all CFI departments and external providers to evaluate, implement, and upgrade office systems.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in office management, administrative roles, or related fields, with preference given to candidates from non-profit or educational sectors.
- Proven experience with office systems, including software tools, phone systems, and supply inventory for smooth operations.
- Proficiency in a range of software tools, including Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat, reservation management platforms, timekeeping software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Box, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, consistently maintaining high performance and meeting organizational goals.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, showcasing the ability to effectively manage client relationships and ensure a positive experience for both new and returning clients.
