Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work  ON-SITE with our client in Hauppauge, NY . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally, ensuring a welcoming and secure reception area.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and issue temporary badges in accordance with company security protocols.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings using Outlook and Teams.
  • Maintain and update contact lists, distribution groups, and company directories.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and courier services efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Order and track office supplies, monitor inventory levels, and liaise with vendors for timely procurement.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and archiving documents.
  • Provide backup support for other administrative staff and participate in special projects as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/ hour . 

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. 

Length: Contract (3 months ).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front-desk, receptionist, or administrative support.
