We are looking for a results-driven ETL Developer with deep expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Teradata, along with hands-on experience in Azure Data Services and Databricks.
The ideal candidate will be part of a cross-functional agile team, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of scalable data integration solutions in a SAFe Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Write and optimize complex SQL queries in Teradata for large-scale data processing.
Build and orchestrate data workflows using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.
Collaborate with product owners, data architects, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver value incrementally.
Participate in PI Planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as part of the SAFe Agile framework.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across all data integration processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL performance and reliability.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Required Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in ETL development using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Strong expertise in Teradata including performance tuning and query optimization.
Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting (Shell, Python).
Experience with Azure Data Services: Data Factory, Synapse, Blob Storage.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark.
Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake architectures. Soft Skills

Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile ceremonies: PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
Ability to work in cross-functional Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and contribute to Program Increments (PIs).
Comfortable using Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in ODI, Teradata, or Azure Data Engineer Associate.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices in data engineering.
