Minor Surgery Nurse Practitioner Opportunity – El Paso, TX

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established outpatient medical practice in El Paso, TX . This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who is interested in minor surgical procedures in a clinic-only setting —no hospital rounding, no call, and no nights.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient practice only.
• Focus on minor surgical procedures and patient care.
• Supportive, collaborative medical team.
• New graduate Nurse Practitioners are welcome — training and mentorship provided.
• Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner required to serve the patient population.

Compensation & Benefits:

• First-year salary: $110,000 – $120,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
