Life Enrichment Specialist Make every day meaningful for our residents At Greencroft Goshen we believe that life should be celebrated at every stage. As a Life Enrichment Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in bringing joy, connection, and purpose to the daily lives of our residents. From planning engaging activities to sharing one-on-one moments, you’ll help nurture the emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of those we serve. Schedule: Mon -Fri 8A - 4:30P ~Must have some flexibility with the end time depending on the activities schedule. Schedule also includes some occasional weekends. What You’ll Do ~Create and lead fun, meaningful activities that brighten residents’ days. ~Celebrate special milestones like birthdays and anniversaries. ~Spend quality time with residents—whether in small groups, special programs, or one-on-one visits. ~Collaborate with team members to design activities that meet the unique needs of residents, including those with dementia or Alzheimer’s. ~Keep activity spaces welcoming, organized, and ready for creativity. ~Support volunteers and encourage community involvement. What We’re Looking For ~A caring, compassionate person who loves working with older adults. ~Someone creative, dependable, and energized by planning engaging programs. ~Experience leading groups or activities, ideally with seniors or individuals with dementia. ~Strong communication skills and the ability to build warm, respectful relationships. ~CNA, QMA, or Certified Activities Director credentials are a plus—but not required.
