### Primary Duties:
* Lead projects, define strategy, set objectives and oversee the complete user experience.
* Direct a team to build a comprehensive vision of the current and future customer experience.
* Ensure consistency across all projects and products that exist in the end-to-end user experience.
* Partner with the line-of-business managers, product managers, agency partners, engineers and content managers to solve problems and map user flows for new products.
### Qualifications:
* At least 5 years’ experience with end-to-end product design and development.
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team through brand and product strategy.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent visual, interactive and product design skills.
