Requirements We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to support key administrative functions related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and operational initiatives within our portfolio. This is a dynamic role that blends financial analysis with hands-on operational support, making it ideal for someone with an investment banking background looking to transition into a broader, execution-focused position.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, playing a critical part in supporting M&A activities, conducting financial and operational analysis, and assisting with integration efforts across our portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities - M&A and Investment Support
- Assist in due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions and divestitures.
- Support transaction execution, including coordinating with advisors, managing data rooms, and preparing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis to support investment decision-making.
- Operational Support
- Provide analytical and project management support for initiatives aimed at optimizing portfolio company performance.
- Assist in integration efforts post-transaction, working with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and financial models to track key operational metrics.
Qualifications & Experience - 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience in M&A execution, due diligence, and transaction processes.
- Ability to translate financial insights into operational strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
