So, what’s up with the pay range of $25.00 to $35.00+ per hour?

We show you exactly how much you made per hour each month (this is called effective wage). That’s the actual pay range stylists earned in our salons last month. It includes a base hourly wage, bonuses, and credit card tips. It doesn’t include cash tips, winning prizes, or contests!
