One of our clients is Pure Skin Laser Center. Pure Skin specializes in personalized, non-surgical skin and body treatments designed to enhance natural beauty. With over 10 years of expertise, their licensed aestheticians and nurses are committed to delivering outstanding results by combining advanced technologies with a personal approach.

Now the team is excited to meet a friendly, organized Front Desk Appointment  Setter   joining onsite.

You’ll start part-time (two days a week) so you can be onboarded comfortably. As you grow together, you'll gradually increase your hours into a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST

The office of Pure Skin is 4444 Lankershim Blvd, Ste 201, North Hollywood, CA 91602.

As a Front Desk Specialist at Pure Skin , your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere;

  • Managing client appointments, scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling as needed;

  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing professionally;

  • Providing information about the treatments, packages, products, and promotions;

  • Responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries, both in person and via phone/email;

  • Upselling additional services;

  • Maintaining accurate and updated client records using a scheduling system;

  • Ensuring the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times;

  • Supporting the team in administrative and customer service-related tasks.

What will set you up for success:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written);

  • Prior experience as a front desk associate, receptionist, or in customer service (experience in medical spa, aesthetics, or wellness industry is a plus!) will be beneficial;

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

  • Professional, polished appearance and demeanor;

  • Comfortable using scheduling and CRM systems;

  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel their best.
