Position: Float BartenderWe are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will provide exceptional service to guests by preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Benefits * Competitive hourly wage plus tips * Sick pay after 90 days of employment * Hotel discounts (IHG brand family) * Opportunities for growth and advancement Responsibilities * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences * Greet guests in a friendly, engaging manner and provide excellent customer service * Maintain knowledge of drink menus, specials, and promotions * Check identification to verify legal drinking age * Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times * Follow all state, local, and company alcohol service regulations * Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure a safe environment * Assist in inventory control, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages * Operate point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for guest transactions * Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment * Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned Qualifications * Must be at least 21 years of age * High School Diploma/GED required * Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred * Valid state-required alcohol server permit/license (or ability to obtain prior to employment) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
