As a Partner at New York Life, your progress to Senior Partner, Executive Partner, or Managing Partner will be determined by specific and measurable goals and will be completely merit-based.
Responsibilities:
Our Fast Track to Management Program is a 12-month intensive program designed for high achievers who are ready to take their careers to the next level. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills, build and manage their own team, and step into a rewarding management role.
