Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team. The clinician will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, to patients with a variety of mental health conditions in an addiction medicine setting in addition to history and physicals and medical follow-up. This role involves collaborating with our team of psychiatrists other team members in a residential treatment setting. The ideal candidate will come with state licenses in at least three of the following states: Colorado, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky or Arkansas. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Complete history and physicals
• Medical follow-up 
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychopharmacological treatments.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Participate in case conferences, treatment planning meetings, and other collaborative efforts.
• Stay current with advancements in psychiatric care and participate in continuing education activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Behavioral health or addiction treatment experience preferred. 
• Active and unrestricted APRN license in three of the following states Colorado, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Arkansas.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in three of the following states Colorado, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Arkansas.
• Two years of experience working as a FNP preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of psychiatric conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
