FUDO is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. We are looking for someone who is skilled, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the quality and consistency our guests expect. Candidates with Omakase or sushi experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications8+ years of hands-on sushi experience required
Omakase experience or high-end sushi background is a plus
Excellent knife skills and strong understanding of seafood handling
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Weekend availability required
