Position Summary:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and imaginative Event Planner to coordinate meaningful experiences for clients. This fully remote position involves planning and managing events such as destination weddings, business retreats, and milestone celebrations. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple priorities with ease.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of event logistics

• Manage vendor outreach, contracts, and scheduling

• Develop and share customized proposals and timelines

• Provide regular status updates and maintain communication across all stakeholders

• Adapt plans as needed and solve issues efficiently during execution

• Keep current on trends in venues, destinations, and event design

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

• Strong interpersonal and client service skills

• Comfortable using basic project management tools and software

• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines

• Previous planning experience is helpful but not required
