Reconstruction Large Loss Estimator

Salary: $90,000–$100,000

We are seeking an experienced Large Loss Estimator with a proven track record of handling fire reconstruction projects from $300K to $1M+ . This role requires hands-on TPA experience , proficiency in Xactimate, and the ability to meet strict program requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Write accurate, detailed estimates for large loss fire projects ($300K–$1M+).
• Work daily with TPAs such as Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Sedgwick .
• Ensure compliance with TPA requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams, adjusters, and clients to confirm scope accuracy.
• Negotiate revisions and maintain clear documentation.

Requirements:

• Verifiable TPA program experience.
• Extensive large loss fire estimating (more than a few jobs).
• Restoration contracting background (not solely CAT adjusting).
• Xactimate proficiency (Level 2+ preferred).
