What You’ll Do as Director of Studies:

• Set Academic Vision : Lead the development and implementation of a strategic academic plan that aligns with the school’s mission and Vision 2030.
• Drive Excellence : Ensure the delivery of the American curriculum at the highest standards, focusing on student growth, success, and readiness for a global world.
• Curriculum Innovation : Lead curriculum development initiatives, adapting to the needs of a diverse student body while integrating innovative teaching methods and learning technologies.
• Team Leadership : Build, inspire, and manage a world-class team of educators passionate about student achievement.
• Community Engagement : Foster strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider community to create an inclusive, collaborative school culture.
• Operational Management : Oversee the daily operations of the school, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Education or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in an American curriculum school , with a proven record of success.
• Exceptional leadership , interpersonal , and communication skills .
• In-depth knowledge of the American education system and the ability to lead a diverse team.
• A deep passion for student-centered learning , continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of growth.
