Digital Platform Release Manager  

The Digital Platform Release Manager coordinates and oversees deployments of enhancements and updates to websites, SaaS platforms, and digital services, ensuring smooth and secure releases. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Plan and manage release cycles for web and SaaS environments. 

• Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams. 

• Maintain documentation, approvals, and rollback strategies. 

• Ensure security and accessibility standards are met during releases. 

• Monitor post-release performance and issues. 

Required Skills & Experience  

• Experience managing release cycles in web and SaaS environments. 

• Familiarity with authentication and API integrations. 

• Knowledge of digital media and CMS platform dependencies. 

• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills. 

• Understanding of secure deployment best practices.
