Job Title: Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekends!)

Job Description:
As a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will work closely with our clinical team to ensure patients fully understand their treatment options, insurance benefits, and the steps involved in their dental care journey. Your role is crucial in managing treatment plans, patient communication, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the dentist to create and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients.
• Effectively communicate treatment options, costs, and insurance benefits.
• Coordinate patient scheduling based on treatment plans and patient needs.
• Communicate with insurance providers for coverage verification and pre-authorization.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all treatment details are documented properly.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient questions, concerns, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the front office team to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling.
• Assist with patient billing, collections, and insurance inquiries as needed.

Requirements:

• Dental office experience required – familiarity with dental terminology and procedures.
• Open Dental software experience preferred – knowledge of Open Dental or similar dental software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of PPO insurance and treatment planning.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
